Amy Cusack, APN, FNP-C
Amy Cusack is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in preventive health, urgent care, and primary care. She completed her undergraduate nursing degree at Salve Regina University in Rhode Island and went on to complete a competitive Emergency Room Nurse Residency Program at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.
Amy spent several years practicing as an emergency room nurse, where she developed a strong foundation in acute care, patient advocacy, and high-acuity decision-making. Driven to advance her clinical expertise, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Graceland University and achieved board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
For the past several years, Amy has provided comprehensive care across the lifespan in diverse outpatient settings, with a focus on delivering patient-centered, evidence-based treatment. She is committed to viewing each patient as a whole person and works collaboratively to support their health, well-being, and optimal function. Amy empowers individuals through education, preventive strategies, and a partnership-based approach that encourages patients to take an active role in their care.
When she is not working, Amy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children.
